2. Do You Offer Financing?
While we do not offer in-house financing at this time, we do provide a helpful Part Reservation Program. By putting down a 20% deposit, we will exclusively hold your requested part for up to 30 days. You can simply pay off the remaining balance right before the item ships, with absolutely no hidden charges or extra fees.
3. Can I Pick Up My Parts In Person?
We do not offer local pickup options because our auto parts are dispatched from various partner warehouses located throughout the country. However, the great news is that we provide complimentary free shipping on all orders nationwide.
4. What’s Included with a Used Engine?
Every used engine assembly comes complete with the core internal components, including the engine block, cylinder head(s), pistons, camshaft, and crankshaft. Sometimes, attached accessories such as manifolds or sensors are left on the engine for your convenience, but these extra items are not guaranteed and are excluded from our warranty coverage.
5. How Long Does Shipping Take?
The majority of our orders arrive at their destination within 7 to 10 business days. Once your item leaves the facility, we will provide you with tracking information so you can monitor its progress. Please note that delays may occur sometimes due to weather, holidays or unforeseen events. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
6. Can You Deliver to a Residential Address?
Absolutely. We deliver to both commercial shops and private residential addresses across the country without any base upcharges. Please be aware, however, that if your delivery location requires a liftgate service to unload the heavy freight, a standard $100 residential surcharge will apply.
7. What If My Order Is Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective?
Your purchase is protected by our 30-Day Return & Refund Guarantee. If the item you receive arrives damaged, is the wrong part entirely, or proves to be defective, we will cover the cost of return freight. Yes, every used engine and transmission we sell comes with up to a 6-month warranty. 9. What If My Engine or Transmission Fails?
If your purchased powertrain component fails while still under warranty, please follow these steps:

If the mechanical problem cannot be resolved, we will smoothly walk you through the process to secure a warranty replacement.
